Carrot pancakes
ingredients
500 g carrots 4 pcs spring onions 2 pcs egg 1 clove garlic 5 tbsp semi-coarse flour 1 KL chopped thyme oil for frying pepper salt
step
1. Clean the carrots and finely grate them. Chop the spring onions into small pieces. Mash the garlic with a little salt. 2. Put the grated and finely chopped ingredients in a bowl, add the eggs and flour to thicken. Season with salt and pepper as needed and season with thyme. 3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and use a spoon to make small dough balls, flattening them with a fork. Fry on each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden.
