Carrot – kohlrabi soup

1 pk onion 30 g lard 150 g carrots 100 g kohlrabi 20 g plain flour 1 dl cream 1 pk egg yolk to taste salt, parsley, meat broth
procedure
1. Fry the chopped onion in lard, add the grated carrot and kohlrabi, fry, dust with flour, fry again, pour in the broth, add salt and cook until soft. 2. Finally, soften with the cream in which the egg yolk has been whisked. Serve with chopped parsley.
