1. Season the dried carp with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour and slowly fry in hot fat until golden. 2. Put the boiled and cleaned potatoes cut into thicker rounds on the remaining fat, salt them, sprinkle with cumin, ground red pepper and fry. Pour sour cream over the roasted potatoes and bake. 3. Serve on a warm plate with the baked potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley.
