Carp milk after miller’s style

A popular Christmas delicacy served on slices of white bread spread with butter.

Ingredients:

100 g or more carp milk 1 tspsmooth flour 1 tbsp butter salt lemon juice toasted sliced white bean bag as a side dish

Procedure:

1. Salt, flour and brown the dairy in a pan with melted butter over a medium heat source
2. Drizzle with lemon juice
3. Serve the milk in this way, preferably warm, spread on slices of white bread smeared with butter.
