Carp Italian style
ingredients
1000 g carp to taste salt 1 pk onion 2 tbsp oil 30 g plain flour 1 KL ground red pepper 2 tbsp tomato paste 100 g solidified cooking fat 40 g parmesan
procedure
1. Cut the skinned carp into portions, season with salt and leave to rest for a while. 2. Chop the onion finely, fry in the oil, add the flour, fry, pepper, add tomato puree to taste and cook until a thick red sauce is formed. 3. Pat the stripped portions of carp dry, coat with flour, fry in hot fat, place in a flat baking dish, pour the sauce over, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10 to 15 min until the cheese melts.
