A somewhat unconventional preparation of a traditional Slovak fish.

First, cook the pasta. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it, add the chopped onion and fry it, add finely chopped garlic, red hot and sweet minced paprika, reheat for a while and then cover with water, add fresh mushrooms, peppers cut into strips and chopped tomato, add salt, pepper and simmer under a lid until softened.

Wash, dry, salt and coat the carp in plain flour to which add a little paprika and ground caraway seeds and fry the carp fiercely in lard (oil) and set aside.

Place the cooked pasta, steamed Vegetable Recipes in a baking dish and mix well. Place the fried horseshoe carp on top, brush the top with sour cream and a little ground paprika and bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.
