1.
Skin the carp and cut into 4 portions. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and wrap each in 2 slices of cured ham.
2.
Fry the prepared carp in a hot frying pan over medium heat in oil until golden brown. Before finishing, add butter and lemon juice to the carp in the pan to form a sauce.
