Carp baked in butter

2 kg cleaned carp without skin 100 g butter 1 tbsp fish seasoning 1 pk onion pk black ground pepper pk whole cumin pk water for pouring pk salt pk minced red pepper

Slightly healthier preparation of carp, in our house it tastes good for everyone:))

Carp: brush the baking tray with butter. Leave the rest on the surface. Cut the cleaned carp into horseshoes. Sprinkle it with salt, ground black pepper, cumin, fish seasoning, paprika to taste and place the sliced onion. Top with the rest of the butter and cover with water.

Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until golden if necessary. Can be covered with foil at the start of baking and removed before the end of baking.

Salad without mayonnaise: Cook the potatoes in their skins. Let cool, peel, cut on a potato grater, add chopped onion and sterilized cucumbers to taste. Season with salt, ground black pepper and pour over the sweet and sour brine. Boil the water with sugar and vinegar to taste. You can also use pickle brine.
