Delicious doughnuts with an amazing curd taste They are light, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. These doughnuts are a great variation on those classic doughnuts, definitely don’t hesitate to try! 1.
In a bowl, first mix both flours, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Then add the butter, cottage cheese, egg and sourdough starter in 2dl of milk. While working the dough, see if you still need the 0.5dl of milk, it always depends on the flour Work out a fairly soft and still sticky dough, which you knead briefly into a loaf using the flour. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour.
2.
Roll out the dough into a circle 1cm thick, but you can make it thicker if you like Cut out rings of any size from the dough and leave them on the board for 15 minutes to rest.
3.
After the time has elapsed, fry the doughnuts in enough oil on both sides. Roll the baked and slightly cooled doughnuts in vanilla-powdered sugar I also rolled some in cinnamon sugar
