Cannelloni with bolognese sauce

1 package pasta cannelloni 500 g minced veal 1 pk onion 1 clove garlic 500 ml tomato puree sun-dried tomatoes salt, black pepper, basil, oregano 200 g g grated Parmesan hard cheese for sprinkling butter for greasing the baking tray

First, prepare the sauce. Chop the onion and garlic finely and simmer. Add the meat, simmer together for about 5 minutes, pour in the tomato puree, add the sun-dried tomatoes and season with spices and herbs. Remove from the heat.

Brush the bottom and sides of the baking glass with butter, put about 2 tbsp of the prepared sauce on the bottom and spread evenly.

Next up are the cannelloni, which I dip in the sauce and fill like this. I place them close together and just one layer. Spread the remaining sauce over the pasta prepared in this way, grate the cheese (I don’t skimp ), cover with foil and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
