Make a small hole in the cabbage wrapper and pour the cabbage juice into a mug.

Pick out the cabbage, put it in a strainer and rinse it. Cut the cabbage into smaller pieces to make it easier to eat.

Put water in the pot – depending on how many portions, add cabbage, sausages – we can cut into smaller parts, dried mushrooms / which we rinse beforehand / , bay leaf / about 4 pcs / black pepper, ground red pepper and chili pepper.
