1. Fry the sliced onion in the lard, add the cabbage and the sliced carrots and simmer everything for a while. 2. Then pour in water, add chopped potatoes and cumin, garlic rubbed with salt, pepper, salt to taste and simmer. Add the marjoram before boiling.
