300 g mixed Vegetable Recipes 3 stalks celery 1 cube vegetable broth 1.2 liters water 3 pcs potatoes 1 tbsp parsley a little butter

1. In a saucepan, sauté the Vegetable Recipes, cut into smaller pieces, in a little butter. Season with salt, add water and stock and cook the soup under a lid until everything is soft. 2. Season the cooked soup with chopped parsley and serve.
