Grilled chicken breast with zucchini fries

2 pcs small zucchini salt olive oil potatoes as a side dish 3 pcs chicken breast
2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp ketchup ground black pepper to taste 1/2 tbsp salt 2 sprigs rosemary 3 tbsp olive oil
1 pk lettuce 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp granulated sugar 2 tbsp vinegar a little water
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the marinade, stir well and add the sliced chicken breasts. Finally, add the sprigs of rosemary and mix again and place in the fridge for at least two hours.
In the meantime, clean the potatoes, cut them into marigolds, place them on a baking tray, sprinkle with salt and olive oil and bake them beautifully until crispy.
Wash the lettuce, cut into smaller pieces, add salt, sugar, vinegar and water, stir and let stand. Stir it in the meantime.
Turn on the grill, most often I grill on a Teflon mat, on which I drizzle olive oil. I place the zucchini, cut into fries, on it, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill on each side.
When we are done, add the oil and finally sear the chicken breasts.
