Burrito with Chickpeas and Vegetable Recipes

Tortillas filled with a mixture of bacon, peppers, tomatoes and other ingredients, sprinkled with cheese, baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. 1. Finally, add the tomatoes cut into marigolds, add salt, pepper and cumin and simmer covered for about 5 minutes

4. In the meantime, dry heat the tortillas on a baking tray in the oven, put part of the mixture in the centre of each, sprinkle with some of the finely grated cheese (keep some on top), fold the edges and fold one end underneath as an envelope
5. Place the packets with the filling in a baking dish lined with foil, sprinkle the surface with the remaining cheese and herbs, place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for about 10 minutes.
