Bulgarian Fruit Salad

A salad of apples, pears, cherries, orange and melon, topped with wine and brandy.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place peeled, thinly sliced apples, pears, oranges, cherries and watermelon in a bowl
2. Dust them with sugar, pour the wine and brandy mixture over them and mix lightly
3. Leave the salad in the fridge for at least 3 hours
4. Serve chilled!
Note:
The salad can of course be made with seasonal fruit, or use some of the ingredients compote.
