Number of servings: Undefined salt olive oil garlic (to taste) 1 egg marjoram breadcrumbs (to taste) pepper minced parsley 200 g of cottage cheese 4 pcs. 200 g buckwheat 100 g red lentils 1 pc red onion new potatoes (boiled with skin on)
Method of preparation
1 Boil the buckwheat and lentils in the vegetable broth until they are a thick porridge. Leave to cool and in the meantime fry the finely chopped red onion with the grated carrot. The onion will soften and the carrots will fall apart in a moment. Let it cool slightly.
TIP. Season to taste and shape the mixture into meatballs. If the mixture is too sticky, add some breadcrumbs. Serve with boiled new potatoes with parsley or mashed potatoes
