Salty dessert from Slovakia. Brynza mixed with butter, zervé, sterilised peas and diced carrots, served stiff, sliced.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Mix Bryndza with butter and rennet, then stir in sterilized peas, diced carrots
2. Arrange the mixture in a rectangular loaf or cake tin and leave in the fridge to set
3. Before serving, cut into slices, garnish with parsley or chives and serve with savoury bread.
