1 kg potatoes 300 g coarse flour 1 pk egg a little salt 1/2 kg bryndza to taste dill

1. Peel and mash the potatoes boiled in the skin. Set aside about 200 g for the stuffing. 2. Add the flour, egg, salt and make a dough. Flour a frying pan, roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles, which are filled, folded over, pressed all round and cooked in boiling water. 3. Remove the cooked dough, sprinkle with bryndza and finely chopped dill. 4. Stuffing: mix the potatoes with half of the bryndza.
