125 g bryndza 1 pk whipping cream 1 pk butter 1,5 dl milk pk salt 1/2 packet penne pasta pk bacon pk chives 1 tbsp plain flour

Excellent quick-cook when you don’t have time to cook
1. Make a light roux with butter and flour (heaped tablespoon). 2. Pour in milk which when heated add cream. 3. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in another pot. 4. Add the bryndza to the sauce and stir until dissolved. 5. Finally, add salt to taste and garnish with chives.
