Bryndza balls

800 g potatoes 100 g plain flour 1/4 kg bryndza to taste salt to taste lard

1. There must be enough water to submerge the potatoes. 2. Drain the boiled potatoes, add salt, flour, stir and let stand covered for about 10 min. 3. Then knead into a smooth dough and make small balls, which we boil in salted boiling water. 4. Drain the cooked dough and spread and sprinkle the balls with bryndza.
