Brussels Mushroom Soup

Soup with mushrooms, eggs and cream.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g mushrooms 40 g butter 20 g smooth flour 1 l broth 1.5 dl of cream 2 pcs hard boiled eggs 1 pc onions parsley sprigs ground pepper

Procedure:

1. Grind the cleaned mushrooms in a meat grinder and fry in hot butter along with finely chopped onions
2. Dust with plain flour, fry, gradually pour in the broth, stir well, mix well, salt, pepper and boil
