Brownies with fudge

Oven-baked dessert made of chocolate, flour, egg, coating, sugar and cocoa.

Procedure:
1. Place the dark chocolate in a small saucepan, add the softened butter and heat in a water bath to make a smooth cream
2. Let cool slightly and then stir in the caster sugar, beaten egg, egg white, plum jam and salt
3. Finally, add the sifted plain flour mixed with cocoa and mix everything until smooth
4. Pour the dough into a square baking dish with a rim of about 20 cm greased with fat (bottom and sides), place in a preheated oven at 160 °C and bake for about 30 minutes
5. Let cool and then cut into squares.
