2,5 dl beef broth 1 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp plain flour 10 g butter to taste salt
procedure
Prepare a brown roux from the flour and oil and stir. Dilute it with the stock, add the salt, puree and stir. Let it cook slowly without stirring for about 30 minutes. Finally, strain the sauce and add butter to taste. It does not have to be thick.
