A very tasty and not very typical smoked meat broth, but all the more delicious. Since it cooks in a slow cooker, you can start it in the evening and have lunch on the table in the morning 🙂
1. Clean and chop your Vegetable Recipes to taste. In this type of broth, it is best to use the Vegetable Recipes whole. Don’t forget to add a thread wrapped bunch of fresh parsley. Place everything in a slow cooker (or slow cooker or slow cooker). 2. Cut the smoked neck into cubes. Add to the slow cooker. 3. Pour 2 litres of cold water over the whole mixture. 4. Add butter, salt, black pepper and bay leaf. 5. Set the slow cooker to cook for 8 hours, on low heat. Or if you don’t have a slow cooker – so for 4 hours just below the boiling point directly in the pot. 6. Serve preferably with rice noodles.
