Broth of smoked meat (bones)

Basic broth suitable for example as a base for soups.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place the bones in a large pot, cover with water, salt and bring to the boil along with the halved, unpeeled onions
2. After about 45 minutes, add the cleaned, diced root Vegetable Recipes to the broth and cook until the Vegetable Recipes are soft
3.
Recommendation:
Pick the meat from the bones and use it in soup.
