1 kg domestic casserole (quartered) 2.5 liters water 1/2 pk celery 3 pk parsley 1 pk onion 5 pk carrot 2 tbsp salt 2 cloves garlic 3 pk kale leaves 5 pk allspice

In a large pressure cooker, stack the washed and sliced domestic casserole

Bring water to boil and bring to a simmer.

Collect the resulting foam.
4.
Add all the root Vegetable Recipes and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Bring back to the boil and skim the foam from the surface with a sieve.
6.
Finally, add the kale leaves and close the pressure cooker.
7.
Cook for 35 minutes.
8.
Serve.
