Fish, tomato, red wine dish….
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and slice them
2. Pour in wine, vinegar, salt and pepper, add tomatoes (puree) and simmer over low heat until the fish is soft; add a little water as needed
4. 5. Sprinkle the finished brodet with chopped parsley.
Recommendation:
