Broccoli with buckwheat, meat and Balkan cheese

Bites of roasted roasted chicken with steamed broccoli, topped with Balkan cheese. Seasoned with garlic.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Take the buckwheat, rinse it and put it in boiling water
2. After a minute, set aside and keep warm for half an hour (I use blankets)
3. In the meantime, cook the bacon, add the crushed garlic and immediately set aside
4. Steam the broccoli until almost tender, then chop finely and season lightly with salt if necessary
5. Cut the meat into smaller pieces
6. Mix the buckwheat, which has absorbed all the water, with the garlic bacon, add salt to taste, who wants to add pepper, and add a little olive or other oil
7. Rinse a suitable bowl with cold water and put first the chicken, then the chopped broccoli and finally the buckwheat
