1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour 1.25 litres water 250 g broccoli 2 pcs potatoes to taste salt to taste vegeta 1 pinch grated nutmeg 1 pinch white ground pepper 100 ml cream

From butter and flour prepare a light roux, pour water over it, stir thoroughly, boil for about 10 min, add broccoli, diced potatoes, salt and cook until tender.

Let the soup cool down a little, then blend it, season it with veggies, nutmeg, spices, finally soften with cream and reheat.
