Broccoli soup with celery

500 g broccoli 250 ml cooking cream 10 g plain flour 1 pk roll 1 pk onion 1 pk celery 1 tbsp oil 1 liter water 1 KL salt 1 tbsp butter a little pepper
procedure
1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into pieces. Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil. Add the broccoli and thinly sliced celery. 2. Sauté together for a while and then cover with water. Season with salt and cook for about half an hour, until the celery and broccoli are soft. 3. Prepare a roux of flour and butter and pour it into the soup. Stir. Bring back to the boil and thicken the soup with cream. Let it come to the boil and season with pepper. 4. Slice the rolls and fry them in a frying pan. Before serving, pour the soup over the top.
