With broccoli you will definitely not be bored in the kitchen. Delight your palate with delicious broccoli-parmesan balls, which even vegetable lovers will enjoy. The balls can be served as a main course or as a snack. Recipe prepared for you by foodblogger Cooking with Šůša.
1. Clean the broccoli and break it up into florets. Place these in a KitchenAid Food Processor and blend thoroughly. 2. Place the pureed broccoli in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except the olive oil. Stir everything well to combine the ingredients. 3. Spread baking paper on a baking tray and brush it with a little olive oil. Then form the mixture into balls with your hands and place them side by side on the baking sheet. 4. Bake the balls in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with yoghurt dip or on their own
