Procedure:
1. Separate the broccoli into florets, peel and dice the stem, boil in lightly salted water, then drain the water and let the broccoli drain
2. Pour some of the chicken broth into a blender, add the cooked broccoli, blend everything into a smooth puree
3. Pour the chicken broth into a pot, add the broccoli puree and boil briefly, season with mace, pepper and salt
