Breton Salmon

A warm appetizer of salmon cubes sautéed with mushrooms in butter.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 600 g of cleaned salmon 60 g butter 4 pcs small mushrooms 2 tbsp lemon juice parsley salt

Procedure:

1. Heat some butter in a pan, add salmon cut into small pieces, sliced mushrooms and sauté everything for a while
