Millet millet is also good for breakfast. Not only as a sweet porridge with fruit, but also salty, e.g. with zucchini and egg. A hearty breakfast.

Prepare the pasta according to the instructions. First rinse it 3 times with hot water in a colander to get rid of the bitterness. Then transfer to a saucepan, cover with double the amount of water, to which add a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 15 min. If water remains, pour it off.

Peel and coarsely grate the courgette. If necessary, wring out a little.

Fry the finely chopped onion and turmeric in a pan in oil. Add the grated zucchini and fry briefly. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, add the eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add more salt if necessary. Finally, stir in the cooked wheat.

Serve with young onions and field lettuce in a sweet and sour brine. Enjoy!
