Breakfast scrambled eggs with buttered bread slices

Some of you may say that you can serve other pastries than bread with scrambled eggs. But slices of fresh bread slathered in butter I just love with scrambled eggs. 🙂

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 2-3 pcs of egg 1 heaped teaspoon 1 heaped tablespoonbutter salt To serve: 1 piece of fresh bread butter to spread on bread

Procedure:

Melt a teaspoon of butter in a pan.

After it is hot, dump the eggs beaten in a cup with a fork, which have been lightly salted, into the pan.

Stirring occasionally, let the eggs set as much as one likes.

Serve the eggs, still hot, with fresh bread spread with butter.

Recommendation:

Some people like their eggs just slightly hardened, some like them more!
