Baked slices of toasted bread with an ox eye, one slice decorated with a heart cut-out.

Ingredients:

toasted light bread, such as from Penam preferably heart-shaped cookie cutters Vegetable Recipes for garnish or rose bud eggs oil salt

Procedure:

1. Toast two slices of toasted bread
2. Fry the ox-eye in a frying pan and place it on the bottom toasted slice, cut out a heart in the middle of the second toasted slice, carefully place this slice on the ox-eye so that the yolk is in the cut-out heart
