Cold zucchini snacks are the perfect appetizer before a perfect menu or a snack that will dazzle even the sweetest palate at any party.
Ingredients:
2-3 pcs
of medium zucchini
160 g
tuna in olive oil
150 g
ricotta cheese
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
Podravka Natur food seasoning
1 handful
chopped parsley
Procedure:
Cut the croquettes into long, thin slices and fry them in a hot frying pan (or hand grill) with a little olive oil. When the zucchini are soft and lightly browned on both sides, remove them from the pan and place them on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
When the zucchini have cooled, prepare the filling. In a bowl, combine the cheese, tuna, Podravka Natur, parsley and mix well. Put a teaspoon of filling on each zucchini slice and roll it up.
So prepare all the zucchini rolls and secure them with a toothpick. Serve the zucchini rolls chilled as an appetizer.
Recommendation:
Alternatively, you can substitute young eggplant for the zucchini.
