Omelette with jam

1 pk egg 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp coarse flour to taste butter to grease the pan
1. Stir the egg yolks with the sugar for about 20 minutes, then stir in the creamed egg and flour. Pour the batter into the buttered and floured pan to the thickness of a finger and bake in the oven. 2. Put jam, fruit on the warm omelette. Serve warm.
