Olade – fried balls

250 g semi-coarse flour 1 cup milk 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp sugar 15 dkg yeast 4 pcs apple 1 pcs egg to taste salt, oil for frying
1. Mix sugar, salt and yeast in warm milk, pour into sifted flour, add butter, egg and mix well. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and knead them into the risen dough just before baking. 2. Using a spoon dipped in cold water, cut out pieces and fry in oil. Serve sprinkled with sugar.
