Gelato with vanilla ice cream and lemon balm

Have you ever tasted a classic bun with a lid. But what if the base is grease? If you happen to have some left over from Easter, you can immediately incorporate it into a classic Old Bohemian delicacy. We enriched it with a good dose of cottage cheese, caramelised apples, raisins dipped in rum and fragrant cinnamon and vanilla. If you want to sweeten up your life, add vanilla ice cream to the still hot bun and crown the dish with lemon balm leaves.
