Ingredients for 14 Pancakes: 2apples 180 g flour 30 g sweetener 1 teaspoon baking powder A pinch of salt 1 pinch of cinnamon 1 egg 220 ml skim milk Preparation:
In a bowl sift the flour then add the yeast, salt, cinnamon and sugar and mix . Add the egg and milk then mix well to get a smooth texture.
Peel and grate the apples then add them to the bowl and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan , then pour a small ladleful of batter and cook for 1 minute for each side.
