Slices of bread smeared with mustard, topped with roasted pork belly, onion and cucumber, garnished with lettuce leaves.

Procedure:
1. Cut the bread and roasted pork belly into slices
2. Peel and slice the red onion
3. Rinse the lettuce leaves and drain, slice the pickles
4. Brush the bread slices with full-fat mustard, top with slices of roasted pork belly and red onion rings
5. Then add the pickle slices, garnish with lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
