Don’t know what to make for lunch or dinner and don’t have much time to cook? Try pork tenderloin on potatoes. It’s a juicy combination that you can make to your liking.
1.
Wash the potatoes, slice or grate thinly. Place them in a baking dish on baking paper. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with herbs.
2.
Wipe the pancake with a paper towel on each side, season with salt and pepper and fry on each side in hot oil.
3.
While preparing the tenderloin, place the potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, but also covered from above with baking paper.
4.
When the meat is sealed on each side, remove the potatoes and place directly on top of them. Pour the pan juices over the potatoes and cover with baking paper. Bake covered for another 15 minutes.
5.
Remove the paper and let the potatoes cook until crispy. Just another 5 to 10 minutes.
6.
Let the meat cool slightly on its own so that it can be sliced well and serve with the potatoes. Enjoy!
