Bread potato pancakes II.

Opečenky – bread pancakes made of old bread, bacon, eggs and garlic. Great as a side dish and as a snack with beer.

Ingredients:

100 g of bacon or hard salami 4 pcs garlic cloves 1/2 pc of stale bread 1/2 pc of onion milk as needed smooth flour as needed mayo oregano ground pepper oil salt

Procedure:

Crumble the dough into a bowl and pour lukewarm milk over it.

Add the bacon (can be fried), egg, pressed garlic and spices.

Thicken with flour or dilute with milk to a thick porridge as needed.

Place the dough on a pan with oil with a spoon and fry the patties on both sides until golden.

Recommendation:

Serve with vegetable salad.
