Brazilian Pork Steaks II

Simple recipe inspired by Brazilian cuisine. Slices of pork rubbed with Hellmann`s Brazilian Hot Churrasco barbecue sauce, marinated overnight, then grilled on a well heated grill grate, served again with Hellmann`s Brazilian Hot Churrasco sauce.

Procedure:
1. Brush the steaks on both sides with Hellmann’s Brazilian Hot Churrasco barbecue sauce, place them in a bowl with a lid and let them rest in the refrigerator overnight
2. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator, brush them lightly with oil on both sides, sprinkle with crushed red pepper and grill on a medium hot grill for 5 minutes on each side until well done
3. Serve with Hellmann`s Brazilian Hot Churrasco barbecue sauce, (do not use the rest of the marinade for serving).
Recommendation:
Remove the meat from the fridge and let it rest for 20-30 minutes before grilling. The meat will be juicier and more tender.
