Sliced beef, sauteed in onion base with mushrooms, tomato puree and peas until tender.

Ingredients:

600 g of beef (not true sirloin) 300 g of fresh mushrooms 100 g sterilised peas 1 tbsp of tomato puree 2 pcs of onions bread crust from 1 thicker slice ground pepper boil cumin oil salt

Post:

1. 1. Pour in the stock and simmer under a lid, stirring occasionally and basting as needed, until almost tender
3. Meanwhile, slice the cleaned mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and simmer in their own juices until the juices run clear
