800 g fallow deer meat salt ground black pepper 1 pk onion 1 tsp ground red pepper 500 ml beef broth 250 ml sour cream 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp mustard 2 tbsp butter 1 pk carrot 1 pk pickled cucumber celery 50 g mushrooms juice of lemon

Cut the meat into slices, season with salt and pepper and fry in lard on both sides and remove.
