2 tbsp butter 1 pk onion 1 KL crushed cumin 500 g fresh mushrooms 6 pk egg a little salt a little ground black pepper a little parsley
procedure

Fry the finely chopped onion with the cumin in butter. Then add the sliced mushrooms and simmer until tender.

Add the lightly salted eggs to the stewed mushrooms, season the mixture with a little pepper and stir until the eggs thicken. Sprinkle the mushroom scramble on a plate with finely chopped parsley, serve with bread or bread.
