100 g small lobsters 100 g langoustines 1/2 kg more fish 2 tbsp crab 1 pk onion 2 pk garlic 2 pk tomato 1 sprig thyme 1 sprig fennel 1 sprig parsley to taste salt, pepper, bay leaf, piece of orange peel, olive oil
step
Place lobster, crawfish and crab in a pot with oil, herbs, chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, bay leaf, herbs, orange zest and cover with boiling water. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Add the fish later and simmer. Remove, season with salt and pepper and serve.
